dry ice blasting

What is it?

In the past decades, Dry Ice Blasting (or CO2 blasting) has become one of the most environmentally-friendly solutions for industrial cleaning.

Similar to traditional sandblasting, during a dry ice blasting process, accelerated medium blasts through a pressurized air stream and impacts the surface needing cleaned.

What makes dry ice blasting special, then?

Dry Ice Blasting delivers outstanding outcome due to three critical factors: pellet kinetic energy, thermal shock effect and thermal-kinetic effect. These factors enable the medium to remove stains, rusts and paints efficiently off the targeted surface without causing further damage to the structure.

On the other hand, sandblasting with dry ice a healthier option compared to traditional sand. Dry ice blasting is also more economic compared to using media like glass or water.

What does that mean?

It means dry ice blasting is an effective, economic and environmentally friendly cleaning solution.

Dry Ice Blasting
