Dave is a loyal crew member who always goes the extra mile to excite the team. One of Dave’s specialties is painting. His positive and upbeat attitude has always impressed us and we have enjoyed watching him grow and develop. Dave is a man of heart and integrity and carries humility well. We can’t wait to see what he does with us next and hope he continues to move up and drive the company forward.

WHAT SKILL DO YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE AND WHY?
Problem-solving skills - problem-solving comes into play in every aspect of life.
DO YOU HAVE A COMPANY NICKNAME? WHAT IS IT? HOW DID IT COME ABOUT?
I don’t have a nickname but I’ve always wanted to be the company jingle maker - a jingle maker like Jamie Fox.
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST MOMENT AT BLAST IT CLEAN?
My proudest moment has been being able to adapt. We deal with different people every day and stress levels can go up but this job has helped me grow and develop.
WHAT DOES TRUE LEADERSHIP MEAN TO YOU?
Leading by example. Anyone can be a leader but most lack certain qualities that would make them a great one.
WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY, BUT HAVEN'T?
I’ve always wanted to go skydiving or swimming in the Blue Lagoon in New Zealand.
HOW HAS THE COMPANY CHANGED SINCE YOU FIRST STARTED AT BLAST IT CLEAN?
There has been a tremendous change since our new administrator stepped into his role. He allows others in the office to have more of a say so, takes care of us, and is a compassionate person.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU WOULD BUY IF YOU WON THE LOTTERY?
Buy the company I work for - we want to be the boss.
DO YOU RECALL ANY EMBARRASSING MOMENT AT WORK?
I may have soiled myself a bit while I was 30 feet in the sky with my jumpsuit on.
WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?
I like to go to the Arms Mart gun range in Independence and hang out with my kids.
My oldest likes Worlds of Fun and Kaleidoscope. My younger kids don’t usually care where we are as long as there's noise involved. I also like to play basketball.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PET PEEVE?
Hate dumb stuff like when someone knows something and they do the total opposite.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE FAMOUS FOR?
I’d like to be famous for being a motivational speaker. I want to be unforgettable like Nat Turner. I used to mess up a lot and then one day something in my head just clicked. I want to be remembered for something good and for being a good person.
