TOTO’S ROLE AT BLAST IT CLEAN
Toto has been working at Blast It Clean for a year. He brings a positive attitude to the team and always comes to work with a smile. He’s been a great addition to our team and we’re excited for him to continue to grow.

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK AT BLAST IT CLEAN?
I was referred by Rick Dillon, he offered me a job. When he mentioned sandblasting and painting that caught my attention. I had experience in painting before I came to Blast It Clean.
WHAT’S THE MOST INTERESTING PROJECT YOU’VE WORKED ON HERE?
Total Energy. I liked it because it involved blasting, painting, and hand-wiping everything down. It was close to the Gulf of Mexico.
WHAT’S A SKILL YOU’VE GAINED FROM YOUR JOB YOU DIDN’T EXPECT TO LEARN?
I learned a lot about sandblasting and the different types of media involved.
WHAT’S THE BEST THING ABOUT WORKING WITH YOUR TEAM?
Probably that we get along pretty well with each other. The teamwork.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE SPORT OR TEAM TO FOLLOW?
I like soccer. I follow Mexico’s team. I also like watching the Chiefs. I even have a BBQ at my brother’s house tonight to watch the game.
IF YOU WON THE LOTTERY TOMORROW, WHAT’S THE FIRST THING YOU’D DO?
Most likely start a business. A body shop business. That’s what I was doing before working here, it was pretty cool.
WHAT IS ONE ITEM YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT?
My phone. You need it for everything–emergencies, etc.
DO YOU HAVE AN ALL-TIME FAVORITE MOVIE OR TV SHOW?
Not really. I don’t watch TV much.
WHAT’S ONE FUN FACT ABOUT YOU THAT MOST PEOPLE WOULDN’T KNOW?
I go horseback riding in my free time down at my uncle’s property.
IF YOU COULD LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR A YEAR, WHERE WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?
Japan because of the culture.
