Mastering Welding and Teamwork – Meet Kenny

Employee Spotlight is a new series intended to share a glimpse into our team. Our hope is that you can get to know us a little better.

KENNY’S ROLE AT BLAST IT CLEAN

Kenny J. has been with us for nearly a year, and in that time he’s become a valuable part of our team. He assists with blasting, painting, and welding, always showing up ready to get the job done.

“Kenny came around BIC through my recommendation. Regardless of my skepticism at first, because I didn't know him too well, he has consistently shown up and been reliable.

He's a young guy, and from day one I told him he’d find a place within our crew. Ever since, he has shown up and worked regardless of how hot or tired we may be. He definitely found his spot. Being one of the youngsters in the company, he takes the fun and games from our crews like a younger brother should, and definitely has proven that he is someone we can count on.

So glad he's here and doing whatever it takes for us to get the job done. He's definitely an asset, and boy, if I were his age again, I’d fight to have the things going for me he could and does at his age. Not gonna ever hear me talk ill of him ever. He sets an example for the guys coming in who may be uncertain of their futures in life. Get in there and make your place. After that, just show up like he does consistently. Glad to have him on the team for certain!”
