BRI’S ROLE AT BLAST IT CLEAN
Meet the woman behind the screen. Bri came to BIC with a ton of great marketing experience. She jumped right into helping rebrand our company image and completely redo our website.

WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO BIC AND WHAT HAVE YOU GAINED FROM WORKING AT BIC SO FAR?
I found a posting for a marketing coordinator on LinkedIn and I applied for it. In some way, I have gained independence and managed social media and marketing content on my own. I have also worked to maintain discipline and implement a lot of the knowledge I gained 7 years of experience in.
WHAT SETS BIC APART FROM ANYWHERE ELSE YOU HAVE WORKED?
Blast it Clean is a unique industry that allows one to easily to own the digital space in the midwest.
WHAT IS THE GREATEST CHALLENGE YOU HAVE HAD TO OVERCOME IN YOUR LIFE THUS FAR?
Defining my success and what that means to me.
WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT (OUTSIDE OF WORK?)
I am passionate about music, whether playing, singing, or performing. I also enjoy creating and listening to music. Music has always been a big part of my family dynamic. On top of the music, I love to film. Plants and making hard apple cider are also passions of mine.
HOW DO YOU BALANCE WORK AND HOME LIFE?
My philosophy is that I try not to take work home or bring home to work. I try to make sure I put in all the effort I can at work and then go home and focus on all of those things separately.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT ASSET TO THE TEAM?
I try to stay positive and make it a friendly environment. I am like a cheerleader in some way and easy to get along with.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE INTERESTED IN WORKING AT BIC?
You have to be versatile and make sure you show up. You also have to be willing to work and be a team player.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PROJECT OR A MEMORABLE PROJECT YOU HAVE BEEN ON AT BIC?
We had a graffiti removal project at the West Bottoms. This is where I was given a bird in a bucket and where I got my pigeon, Daria.
